What class rostering options are available?
Adding Students Manually
As a teacher, you can manually add students to your XtraMath class. This is often the simplest solution, especially if you have a single class.
Instructions :

Manual Class Rostering
- Schools should upload their district- or school-provided data directly to XtraMath.
- The XtraMath Rostering Instructions (PDF) provides in-depth documentation regarding what data is needed and how it should be formatted.
- See our Pricing Page for Premium licensing details.
Third Party Rostering Integrations
XtraMath integrates with the following rostering platforms:
✅ Clever: (Library & Secure Sync) and Secure Sync (XtraMath Premium Only)
✅ ClassLink Secure Sync (XtraMath Premium Only)
💡 We currently do not integrate with other services like Google Classroom, though we hope to offer this in the future. While we provide Google sign-in for students, there is no way to batch-link students with their Google logins automatically.
ClassLink
The ClassLink integration is managed by the school or district. This setup enables XtraMath to sync with the school or district’s ClassLink Roster Server nightly.

Clever
Teachers can integrate XtraMath with Clever in two ways:
1. Clever Library App – Teachers manually add classes via Clever.
2. Clever Secure Sync (Premium Only) – The district or school automatically syncs all classes to XtraMath.
Under the "District Page" tab, you’ll find the XtraMath app added by your district for you and your students to use.
💡 See How can I use XtraMath with Clever? for teacher setup instructions and How can administrators manage the Clever integration? for the school or district’s management options.
