How Do I Use the Monthly Student Advanced Reports to Track Student Progress ?
XtraMath Premium provides automated Monthly Student Advanced Reports to help License Administrators monitor math fluency growth and classrooms trends across their school or district. These reports offer a detailed view of each student’s performance in all assigned math operations. Ideal for Response to Intervention (RTI) planing and targeted interventions.
1. Accessing the Monthly Report
As a License Administrator, you can access a downloadable .csv file summarizing student progress across your school’s XtraMath Premium license. Reports are generated automatically at the end of each month.
To access your report:
Step 1: Log into your School Administrator account at XtraMath.org.
Step 2: Navigate to My Licenses.
Step 3: Select the desired license.
Step 4: Scroll to the Monthly Students Advanced Reports section and choose a report by date.
Step 5: Download your report as a CSV file for sharing or analysis.
2. Understanding Report Metrics
Each Monthly Report includes detailed progress data for every student in core operations (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division). Columns include:

Clever or ClassLink ID: (if available) Unique roster ID
Classroom Name: Assigned classroom
Grade: Student grade level
Operation: Assigned math program

3. Using Reports for Better Math Outcomes
These reports empower you to identify trends, address learning gaps, and drive improvement. Here’s how:
Spot Trends: Compare fluency levels across grades and operations to identify students needing targeted support.
Encourage Consistency: Students who practice regularly tend to show stronger progress. Reinforce the importance of daily sessions.
Monitor Growth: A low number of practice days or a stagnant fluency score can flag the need for additional intervention.
