How can I upgrade to Premium?

Upgrading an existing account

  1. Sign in to your XtraMath account.
  2. Use this link to go directly to the license upgrade screen.
  3. Or, from your dashboard, click the License tab. You can find this next to your Add class tab. Under License Information you will see your current license type: Basic (Teacher) or Basic (Family). Find Upgrade License below, and click it to continue.
    • For a Teacher Account: Review the purchase details.
    • For a Family Account: Enter the number of students you need on your license. You can always upgrade later if you later decide to use the program with another child. Type in the desired number, or use the little arrows to increase or decrease it. The license subtotal will update as you adjust this.
    • For a School Account: Click on the Get a quote for a School License item or click here and we will assist you to complete the process.
  4. You will be redirected to the Stripe page, where you can make payment for your license using the payment method of your choice.
  5. After completing the payment, you are licensed and ready to go!
  6. To explore the offline instructional materials or to watch the professional development videos, head over to the Resources page.

Signing up for a new Premium account

  1. Go to the XtraMath Signup page and enter your name, email address and password. (If you prefer, you can use Google or Clever to provide this information.) Click Next.
  2. On the next screen, choose your account type. This is important, because it will determine how your students are organized and which type of Premium license is available. If you're going to use XtraMath in your school as a teacher, pick Teacher Account. If you're going to use XtraMath for your school, then pick School Account. If you'll be using XtraMath with your own family at home (even if you are homeschooling), pick Family Account.
  3. You’ll also need to indicate your age and, if you’re a Teacher or School Administrator, the name that students call you at school. Review and agree to the terms, then click Sign up.
  4. Now, you will be signed into your new account, and as the final step, you can choose the type of license you prefer. You can choose between the Basic License, which is completely free but has certain restrictions, or you can opt for the Premium License, which grants access to all the benefits of XtraMath.

Please remember that if you desire a School License, you can only access the Premium License as our Basic License is not available for this type of account. For comprehensive details and a comparison, follow the link to our Pricing page.
