My student’s Google account is linked to the wrong XtraMath account

If a student signs in with Google SSO and ends up in the wrong XtraMath account, you can remove that incorrect linkage. Once you have done so, the next time the student signs in with Google, they will be prompted to enter their XtraMath student sign-in information, which will link their Google sign-in to the correct XtraMath account.

Instructions (website)

1. From the student sign-in page, sign in to the student’s account via the Google button.
2. Click the student’s name in the upper right of the student activity screen. A small popup will appear with account details.
3. Click the Disconnect link next to “Google”.
4. Exit the student session by clicking on the XtraMath logo in the top corner of the screen.

Instructions (mobile app)

1. From the app’s homepage, tap the Google button and sign into the student’s account.
2. Tap the student’s name at the top of the student activity screen. A small popup will appear with account details.
3. Click the Disconnect link next to “Google”.
4. Exit the student session by closing the app.
