Can I share my class with a co-teacher or school admin?

You can share your XtraMath classes with other teachers, but there are a few important things to note:

• When you share a class with another teacher, they have unrestricted access. They can add or remove students, change students’ assigned operations, reset scores, and share the class with other teachers.
• If the other teacher is new to XtraMath, they’ll need to sign up for an account before you can share your class with them.
• If you’re using XtraMath with a rostering integration like ClassLink or Clever, you cannot share your class in this fashion. Instead, a school admin will need to add the other teacher as a co-teacher within the rostering application. Once they do so, the other teacher will also have access to your class.

1. Sign in to your teacher account and go to the class report for the class you want to share.
2. Click Share this class on the left side of the report.

1. Enter the other teacher’s email address and submit.

1. We will send the other teacher an email that allows them to add your class to their account.
2. Once the other teacher has received the email and accepted the class share, you will see their name listed along with yours on the online class report.

1. Sign into your teacher account and go to the class report for the class you want to share.
2. Open the Edit class menu in the upper right and select Share this class.
3. Enter the other teacher’s email address and submit.
4. We will send the other teacher an email that allows them to add your class to their account.
5. Once the other teacher has received the email and accepted the class share, you will see their name listed along with yours on the online class report.
