By default, XtraMath default program assignments for students begin with Addition since it is considered the most basic and foundational math skill. When the default program includes multiple operations, the student progresses through them sequentially. If you want to skip your students directly to another operation, such as Multiplication, you can do so by assigning manually a Custom Program. Please note that custom programs are currently only available to Premium licenses.
🍎 For example, a 3rd-grade student is assigned Addition, Subtraction & Multiplication (default program). The student must achieve a mastery score of 100 in Addition before progressing to Subtraction. Similarly, they must obtain a mastery score of 100 in Subtraction to move on to Multiplication.
