As a License Administrator of any XtraMath Premium School plan, you can access monthly report that summarizes each student’s progress in core math operations. Monthly reports are generated automatically at the end of each month and can be downloaded directly as a CSV file for easy sharing. Here’s how to get started:
- Step 1: Log into your XtraMath School Administrator account.
- Step 2: Navigate to the **My Licenses** section.
- Step 3: Select a License and scroll down on that page to view Advanced Reports by date.
- Step 4: Choose the desired date and license to download your report as a .csv file.
The Monthly Student Progress Report provides detailed metrics for each student’s progress in the four core math operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Here’s what each column represents:
Using the report effectively can you better understand student progress across grade levels and achievement levels. Here are some tips:
- Identify Trends: Look at student fluency levels across grade when assessing each operations to find students hat may need more practice.
- Set Goals: Students with recent practice dates generally show better progress. Ensure that students complete regular sessions.
- Monitor Progress: Use the progress rate to track growth over time. A low progress rate may indicate a need for additional support or a change in approach.
The Advanced Reports are generated at the beginning of each month, summarizing the latest data across all students.
The report format we provide is standardized for consistency. However, you can export the data and apply custom filters in a spreadsheet application to meet specific needs. You can import it into your SIS or LMS to provide a more complete picture of student activity and success.
If data for a student is missing, ensure they are actively participating in XtraMath sessions. Students who haven’t completed sessions this school year may not appear in the report or with incomplete informatino.
