How can I renew my XtraMath License?

Your license status falls into one of three categories: Valid, Expires Soon (within 60 days), or Expired.

To check your license status:

1. Sign in to your XtraMath account.
2. Go to the Licenses tab.
3. Click on the specific license name.
4. Check the status shown in the License Information section.

How to Renew Your License

Whether your license is expiring soon or already expired, the steps are the same:

1. Sign in to your XtraMath account and go to the Licenses tab. (If your license is expired or expiring soon, an alert at the top of the page will also take you there directly.)
2. Click the "Renew my license" link, or the Renew button in the alert.
3. A pop-up will show your license details and new expiration date. Click Renew to confirm.
4. You'll be redirected to the checkout page to pay with your preferred card.
5. After payment, you'll receive a receipt by email, and your license term will update automatically.

💡 If you've renewed but your license still shows as expired or expiring soon, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.

Common Questions

If my license hasn't expired yet, what date is used for renewal?
Your new expiration date is typically one year from your current expiration date, not from the renewal date. For example, if today is September 15 and your license expires October 1, your renewed license will expire October 1 of the following year.

Can I renew an "expires soon" license together with an expired one?
Only if they share the same status. You can renew multiple licenses at once when they're all "expires soon"; an expired license must be renewed separately using the steps above.

Can I renew for a term other than one year?
Yes — for a custom term, contact our sales team:

How do I renew a District license?
Most district accounts have one license per school, and each can be renewed individually using the steps above. To renew all your licenses at once, request a quote or email our sales team — or renew from within the app:

1. Sign in to your XtraMath account.
2. Click the My Licenses tab.
3. Go to your district license and press "Renew my license."
4. Answer a few preliminary questions and complete the form.
5. Our sales team will help you finish the payment.
