How can I delete my parent or teacher account?

⚠️ Deleting a parent or teacher account is permanent.

Instructions (website)

1. Sign in to your parent or teacher account.
2. At the top of the page, click Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete this account. You will need to submit your password to confirm the deletion.

Instructions (mobile app)

1. Sign in to your parent or teacher account and open the menu in the upper left.
2. Tap your name, near the bottom of the menu, to see your account information.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete this account. You will need to submit your password to confirm the deletion.
