My Premium license payment won’t go through

These tips may help if you’re running into trouble during purchase:

• Make sure you provide all required information — for instance, School Name on a classroom license. Your phone number and email address are also required.
• Double check the billing address, especially if you are using a school credit card — for instance, is the billing address your school one, or the district office address?

💡 You do not need a PayPal account to purchase a Premium license. Select Debit or Credit Card and you can proceed without signing into PayPal.
