Some special education teachers use XtraMath with their students, but XtraMath does not yet have specific accommodations for students with special needs.
Everyone’s needs and circumstances are different, and we welcome suggestions and feedback on how XtraMath might work better for students with special needs for future improvements.
For Deaf students we have an American Sign Language version of XtraMath. The ASL version has a teacher who signs instructions and encouragement in the program’s videos. However, some features, such as trophies, do not yet appear in the ASL version.
